Good afternoon, all. I’m sure we’re wondering why we all of us are gathered today. It’s come to my attention, as well as the company’s president, that rumors of relocation have began circulating. I’ve called you here today to put all of these to rest.

Firstly, I’d like to address the matter of relocation. Dano LLC is not relocating. Members met out of state to discuss company matters about our location here in Colorado. There are no existing plans to relocate at any time.

Secondly, the idea that executives of this company have began listing their homes for sale is ludicrous. No member of any board wants to leave. This is false and any momentum this discussion has gathered needs to stop immediately.

Lastly, no meetings with outside architects have been held in any shape or form. As I’ve stated before, a meeting was held out of state with this specific location in mind. If we aren’t relocating, we aren’t looking to build any new offices. In addition, there won’t be layoffs nor a shutdown of any specific branch. Everyone’s job is safe. We wish to continue operations as normal and hope that addressing these rumors and finally putting them to rest is enough to boost morale to what it once was. Productivity has been down, and understandably so. If we thought our livelihood was in jeopardy, we would probably act in the exact same way. Again, none of the rumors of relocation hold any merit and everyone’s job is safe. Thank you for your time and cooperation and we will now be taking any questions you may have on the matter.
